It was a nice interview process. Recruiter was very happy to discuss in detail about every step of the interview process.
The process included 90 min online test followed by 4 rounds of technical discussions with SDETs and the manager/directors
Very nicely handled process overall.

Tracelink pune interview of SDET 2 role
Round 1: answered all questions, cleared
Round 2: answered all questions, gave all running programs that executed with all conditions on IDE
Gave clear explanation for every scenario asked.
I think QA's are insecure about position,in the past I have heard similar review that even on answering all questions they do not select.
I would suggest tracelink to record all interviews so that such hypocrisy can be exposed.
Suggestion: please don't waste your time by applying in this company. Highly unethical and unprofessional people.
