Yet the first phone interview (not skype) with HR Manager. He's very nice and gentle, speaks slow and clear, and asked me to email available time next week for face-to-face interview.

Short and sweet interview process. The HR didn't really know much about the industry so he tried his best using technical terms asking questions to make sure you know your stuff.

Entretien
First interview is on the phone. You interview directly with the senior sales staff and director by the 2nd interview. Sometimes there is a 3rd interview, or you will get an offer. Office is brand new and definitely better than working in a corporate style bank or brokerage firm.
