For me the process was straightup going to their office and having a chat with the HR guy and then doing an Excel sheet test. The HR guy is quite professional taking into account his experience from LinkedIn and the fact that TrafficStars doesn't really broaden his experience in HR or interviews, so it was pretty standard, nothing impressive or out of the usual. Fact is that he innerly decided not to continue with me the second I said how much I'm worth/how much I'm asking for on a salary basis. Their salaries are very, very low, and thus I was not selected, stating as an excuse that I did not have a notch of a experience they required. I was literally more experienced in Biz Dev than their Chief of Biz Dev, I'm not exaggerating. If you're a senior, do not waste your time, the wages are terrible and confirmed after talking to some people form the inside.

Call that lasted roughly 30 minutes.. was supposed to be followed by a follow up the following week regarding next steps as management was away at a conference. They never followed up, and unfortunately never replied to my emails. It was frustrating to say the least and a waste of my time.
