Easy interview process for the HVAC division. Ingersoll Rand personal were very professional and there seemed to be a good office relationship, everyone was nice and professional. They were looking for someone that was HVAC specific

Process was quick and straight to the point. It was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation versus an interview.

Entretien
They use the STAR behavioral interview format. The interview wasn't too difficult, but I honestly despise when employers use this interview format to filter out candidates. It's a huge turn off when you're an experienced candidate. All it does is force people to use canned responses to answer very generic questions. I answered their questions & then flipped the interview on them to get the info I needed to decide whether or not I wanted the position. They were nice people, but ultimately it wasn't a good fit. I didn't bother following up. I haven't heard back from them either.
