Entretien
Applied online. Received email for phone interview, approx 20 minutes. Had in person behavioral based interview a couple weeks later with 3 person management team. First behavioral interview so little nervous going in, but many years experience equals plenty of anecdotes. Overall positive experience. Really good people from recruitor to district manager.

Process was quick and straight to the point. It was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation versus an interview.

Entretien
They use the STAR behavioral interview format. The interview wasn't too difficult, but I honestly despise when employers use this interview format to filter out candidates. It's a huge turn off when you're an experienced candidate. All it does is force people to use canned responses to answer very generic questions. I answered their questions & then flipped the interview on them to get the info I needed to decide whether or not I wanted the position. They were nice people, but ultimately it wasn't a good fit. I didn't bother following up. I haven't heard back from them either.
