Entretien
One phone screen followed by one face to face panel interview. The interview process was quick and unscientific. The location of Tyler is hard to recruit for so this make the interview quick and almost a recruitment exercise. If you get face to face in Tyler you will get an offer and you should demand top pay.

Lot's of behavioral interviewing questions "tell me a time when....". Over all the interview questions are light and simple. Go thru the resume top to bottom and then behavioral questions. A script is given to hiring managers and they will grade your answers.
