Hour long panel interview with 4 employees asking questions. 45 minutes out of the hour were purely behavioral interview questions, followed by 10-15min of my questions for them. Did not give me much room to showcase the research I had done on the company and the behavioral questions were unique to the point where I sometimes couldn't relate them back to the position's duties.
