The initial phone interview was pretty typical. I was invited for an onsight interview. I met with 3 people, two of whom had a combined 3 months of experience at the company. No joke. I've worked with pretty much every nationality in the past, but I honestly could not tell you what my first interviewer asked me. I'm sure he's somewhat qualified for the job he has, but there's no chance in hell that he'd get accepted at a call center in Mumbai. The English woman that interviewed me was very smug and condescending. I had another similar offer already on the table and I could tell within 15 minutes that this wasn't something I was interested in, except that it pays well.
