The interview process way back 2021 was very easy. They have also an assessment and mock call for customer service representative role. It's two interviews first is initial and and final interview once you've passed the interview they will send you an email of you passed.

Interview was Virtual Process. Applying for a Local Account but have to speak in English. High salary for a local account because it is blended account (inbound, outbound, chat, & email).
