Competency based telephone interview.Lasts around 30 minutes.After being successful in the first two tests (numerical analysis and inductive reasoning test) you get an email where you are asked to book an telephone interview.A day before your interview, the recruitment team sends you another email in order to remind you of your phone meeting.Good luck to you all!

Motivational: Why TFL,Why this particular scheme, How do you think you will meet your career aspirations through TFL .
Tell us a project where you identified the situation and how did you implement the final result (i was really confused on that as in my opinion ''you implement measures in order to get a final result'..).
The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial online application, followed by a competency-based video interview. Afterward, I was invited to a final assessment center which included a group technical exercise and a one-on-one interview with a senior engineer focused on my project experience and technical knowledge.

The assessment centre was held online. The process consisted of three parts. A group exercise, a personal interview, and a personal exercise. In my case, the personal exercise was a presentation based on an ongoing project.

Application, Online test and then Assessment Day. It was a good experience. Practice is the key. Practice on the presentation and make sure you answer what is it being asked. You will have to add your own creativity.
