Started with application online. Received a phone call within a week later to set up in-person interview. Questions were standard (what is one situation in which you exercised good judgement, acted truthfully, etc...). He also wanted to make sure that I was comfortable interacting with wedding guests. Received a job offer 24-48 hours after the in-person interview. Very smooth, easy process.

My GM gave a phone interview and after about 20 minutes offered me the job. It's a family operated franchise and everyone is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The interview was mostly to test your communication skills and see what your comfortable with. You get a sense of what the job entails and where you will be going.
