I applied online, and was contacted by e-mail for a in-person interview. The screening process took about a month. The person who interviewed me was the manager of the department in which I ended up working in. Basic interview questions were asked, probing my work ethics and asking about my previous work experiences. They were not too concerned about specific skills (I had the basic qualifications), because they have an organized training process for new employees. It was a 1:1 interview and lasted about 30 minutes. The general atmosphere was friendly and casual. It took about 1-2 weeks after the interview to get an official offer.
