Deep Dive technical (Past Experience) Followed by, what you would be a normal reference check. Or what I would describe in this case as a collective and offensive time waster. The techinical team was a delight to talk to. They sold the company and product really well. The techinical lead seemed a bit intense and stressed, but to be expected in a tech startup; been there, done that. Maybe there is more there in hindsight... Everyone came across as well experienced, with a solid techinical background and emotional intelligence / soft skills.
