The least professional interview I have ever been on. I was given no agenda other than a time to show up.
The two women I spoke with first were very nice, but then about 4 to 5 other team members came in and out of the room without introducing themselves or explaining what they do and just started firing questions like a pack of hungry dogs. These men were a bunch of old dirty hats that need to retire. They seem to think their agency is top tier, when it really is just a below run of the mill Wilmington DE tech retirement home.
The men that came in after speaking with the two women were exactly as other reviews have mentioned. Womanizing and making inappropriate jokes about having to be politically correct. and how they are not allowed to say certain things or have gotten corrected previously.
The position I was being interviewed for was completely different then the description I applied to online.
The conference room is close to the main street in Wilmington and there were police and fire engines flying by with sirens on over the course of my 2-3 hour torture session. I was sitting in front of a door that leads to the street and could hear a bum knocking on the door and mumbling nonsense.
They also advertised the position as being in Philadelphia, but had no intention of letting me work out of Philadelphia. They just use it as a recruitment ploy and apparently want everyone in the agency headquarter row home office in Wilmington.
Don't even interview here... unless you really need a job, in which case.. Uber would be a better option.
