The interview process was extremely long and involved. At the end of the process which took over 5 weeks, I received a automated email informing me I was not selected for the position. Here is the format of the interview process. 1st interview : 1 hour with Hiring Manager 2nd interview : 30 minute technical screening 3rd interview : 30 minute presentation (that I had to prepare) 30 minutes of follow up questions 4th interview: 30 minute interview with a director based out of Texas I will say that the people who I interviewed with were friendly and the interviews themselves were not too difficult (minus the presentation I easily spent 5 hours researching and prepping). However, after interviewing with 4 people in the organization and spending countless hours interviewing, I would have expected the courtesy of a phone or at the very least an email sent by an actual human.
