Super easy and the interviewer was very kind; however, the interview was a lot more laid back than other interviews I have previously been to (that's not necessarily a bad thing, but it surprised me).

Problem solving behavioral questions, why I would be a good fit
The interview was relatively short. It asked questions related to my employment history with other pools and the skills I could bring. They then showed me around the aquatic center and gave me an offer there.
