The last Interview was by phone and in the car. It's's disrespectful. The women are not paying attention what I am talking. She was driving a car during the interview

Applied online, was contacted by an HR rep the next day to set up a phone interview. That happened within a few days. I was then asked to take a sales aptitude test and a personality assessment, which I completed. After that it lagged a bit, but I was asked back to meet with a sales director within a couple of weeks. Within a couple of weeks, i was asked back to meet with the team I would work with, as well as a separate meeting with another sales director. I felt it all went well, and then.... radio silence. I followed up for a full month. The recruiter was always very nice and apologetic and always responded right away that there was a problem approving the budget for the salary. (Umm.. why was this not done prior to posting the job and interviewing?) After a month, I received an email that the position had been filled interally.
