My first online interview was in October 2019. Then the company took ages to give a feedback that they really want to do the second interview. The second interview took place in December 2019. 3 months to return for the second interview. At the 2. interview I was told that my skills are very impressive and amazing, that there will be a 3rd interview with the CEO, and they said they are sorry for the first feedback delay but this one won't take much time. After that I waited for a feedback for a month and sent 2 emails to remind them of the feecback. I guess my emails disturbed them because they said they decided to move forward with another candidate. How can you keep a candidate for 4 months to say that she is not selected? The company has no respect whatsoever. Do not consider working with this company. They only spend your time. Worst company interview EVER.
In 2021, I completed three interviews: first with HR, then the HR leader, and finally the boss. Mainly focusing on my work experience in the first and second interview, third was more about personal things

What are the most exportable produce in my country
I was stood up for on late-night zoom call interview. Then I received notice that I passed the first round. They requested another late-night zoom call. I accepted and prepared for the call and they stood me up again! I later received an email saying I had passed the interview and would I please schedule another haha
