It took over 2 weeks to schedule a first interview, this is because there is lack of communication and mismanagement between the hiring team and upper managment. I also got heavily questioned regarding my ability to make the commute rather than focusing on my skillset for this position. During the initial interview, some team members were unaware of what the job position was and couldn't accurately answer my questions. The job description and type of job (i.e. full time, part time, contract-to-hire) differed completely from what was explained to me during the interview. Overall, very poor management and communication is all over the place. Don't waste your time, like Trigent Solutions did with mine.
