Was initially contacted by the HR person scheduling the interviews with the hiring manager. It took just over a week for the hiring manager to set up the initial call. The job description was very broad; the series of questions was much more technical in nature and did not match with the job description. This company is oriented towards development of new products in addition growth through acquisitions. I think that the newer hires are genuine people and the employees that have been there a while are a bit more calloused. I got the sense that the employees work hard and were compensated fairly.
