I applied online I was contacted by HR within a few days. Due to my strong resume they scheduled one day involving four interviews. The first I debugged some sample code and implemented a function by hand. The second involved learning about my past experiences and tough problems I have solved. The third was much more technical with questions about finding how many elements of type k in an array of size n. How to implement a hash table, etc... The final interview was with the CTO and was more of a personality check.

It was pretty normal compared to most. You do get to talk to many people and get a feel for the work and the culture which is beneficial up front. They have you take a short coding test which is of average difficultly depending on your schooling. After that it's mostly technical discussion and your project/work history. No brainteaser type stuff so that's good.
