It was a three step process. I was interviewed by the director over the phone, then face-to-face, then an interview with the admissions team. Good questions, fair process, and helpful to understand the culture of the place.

Entretien
Interview with the Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Admissions virtual. I was offered the role after a few weeks. It was not very formal, I received two calls one with more question and the other with a verbal offer. I received an email with 3 sentences with all caps I can offer you 36,500. I was on furlough and said what the heck, I'll try this out. Big mistake. FYI Job is reposted at 35,568.00. It's a commissioned sales job, with no comission.
