The interview process was very easy and fluid. Simple and swift communiation between myself and my hiring manager made the process about two weeks long with a start date two weeks out at my request. All in all they are a pretty decent company to work for. Sometimes management can be a hassle, they can be a bit unorganized when it comes to legislating authority over assignments, and with their ideas and brainstorming, but all in all, they are a young company with great things to come.
