I first applied to Triple R Child Care through a craigslist ad. A few days later, I received a call to set up an in-person interview. When I went to the interview, I was interviewed by the Assistant Director. The interview only lasted about 10-15 minutes. About three hours later, I was called back by the Assistant Director and offered the job.

The interview was very short in duration. Director was very nice and easy to talk to. No tricky questions. Ask about my teaching style, my classroom management skills, strengths and weaknesses.
