A few months ago, I applied for a role at XYZ Company, and the interview process was both challenging and insightful.
The process started with an initial phone screening with an HR representative. It was a casual 20-minute conversation where they asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. I also had the chance to ask about company culture and expectations.
