interview process was rather straight forward. Once I was shortlisted, I had a phone interview. Through initial conversation, I figured I need to be very focused on job and need to contribute and produce results. I passed the telephonic interview and was invited to the office for final interview. After face to face interview, I was give tour of the place on arrival and was asked about my opinion on how I foresee my self fitting in the company and how quickly I can become productive.
