In my opinion, the interviewer was passive. After I answered the first question, I saw no interest from them, which discouraged me. It felt more like a monologue rather than a live conversation - I might as well have just given these answers to an AI interviewer. It felt humanless. At the end, no information was actively provided about the role or the company. I did ask questions myself, of course. Another downside is that no laptops are provided by the company, even though it is a full-time remote position. I have not received a feedback email, even after sending a follow-up myself. Summary: Nothing special, and a quite poor experience.
