This interview process for me was slightly informal and new experience. I interviewed in a glass room with three different managers. They all asked me similar questions to see where I might fit best with their organization. When they found a manager that wanted me they told me the two possible jobs I could have: Dispatch or Breakdown. I chose Breakdown because I wanted evening shift and I have been here for a few months now.
