I have 3 levels on interview for the post of Quality engineer, Gurgaon location for PeopleReady team. It started with first level of technical discussion with the Project director. Interview went perfect and it was a great interview experience. After 1 week, i had another technical interview round with the VP and Senior director. Again the interview questions were very realistic and scenario based. Overall it was a great interview experience and i was informed from the panel around my roles and responsibilities along with the team i would be leading. After the interview happened HR confirmed that i have been selected and i would be get the offer discussion. Again after 1 week HR called me and informed that the Panel forgot to ask me few more questions, hence they scheduled another round. It again went good .After the interview HR confirmed that i have been selected and offer discussion will happen . Surprisingly After 10 days, she called and informed that there are some restructuring in the organization going on and i would get an update soon which did not happen even after 30 days and it all ghosted. I felt like i have wasted my time as it seemed to be a just a scam. I would recommend not to consider this organization as it seems to have lot of instability.
