If their interview process says anything about their company, bullet dodged. It took approximately two weeks after I applied to get an email from the recruiter. That call was easy enough, of course, simple questions they always ask. It took two days, but I got a call scheduled with the hiring manager for 4 days later. Hiring manager seemed good, though discussed how the environment is "hectic" and projects can be put off for months at a time. He also mentioned that the company has its "good times and its bad times"...which was also somewhat sketch. Regardless, the interview, I thought, went well as we spoke for over an extra 30 minutes passed the time scheduled. However, after this, completely ghosted by the company. Followed up 4 days later, its now been two weeks and still nothing. Obviously I'm out of the running, but emails declining me for the role are always appreciated, even if automated.
