The interview itself with the hiring manager was fine and was a good conversation, but recruiting left much to be desired. Initial phone call to me was 7 minutes late based on the time they setup. After 2 weeks I followed up with recruiting for a status update on the role and received no response. It’s been 3 weeks since and on my job profile it says still under consideration for the role. Just another example of recruiting casting a bad light on the entire hiring process
