Overall the process took about a month from start to finish and was fairly painless. I started out with a couple phone screeners with a recruiter and hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with several potential teammates. The final component was an assignment where I was asked to develop a thought-leadership plan and present it to the team. I felt like I was given a sufficient amount of time to properly prep for each stage of the interview process, which was really great. The recruiters I worked with were also super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question - and most importantly, served as a resource for me throughout the entire process.
