The interview process was a good experience overall. I first had a phone screening with a recruiter, then 3 interviews with management. It was mostly technical. Scenario questions weren't asked. They were transparent on the difficulties of a work/life balance due to the on-call schedule, but mentioned they are actively trying to improve it.
