I applied online on friday and got an email scheduling the phone screen the next monday. No HR round. Phone screen was with a vehicle control engineer. Mainly vehicle dynamics related questions, and about things I had on my resume/portfolio. Interviewer spoke in chinese and my chinese isn't great.
