The phone screening involved talking about my previous project experiences and what I knew about the company. The onsite interview consisted of some technical questions and some scenario-based questions.

I first had a phone interview with a recruiting coordinator that was mostly focused on explaining previous experience and why I was interested in the company and the position. Next, I had an on site interview where I spoke with 3 people 1 on 1 for about 30 minutes each. These interview questions were mostly about creating scenarios and how a vehicle should respond to certain scenarios. The process was very quick and took about 1 week from applying to the on site interview.
