First register the site and create profile, there is a call for intro from Turing team explaining the hiring process, then pass the coding challenge, pass relevant tests, update profile after that there will be a call where Salary is discussed and finalized, after that Turing team will start pitching you to clients and there is one or two interviews with clients and you are selected.
