First interview was with HR. Second one was with the Hiring Manager. There was not any Project Management related question. Most of their questions started with Why? which is not the best way to have a collaborative interview process.

It was a 30-minute interview with my to-be manager and an HR responsible. They only asked personal questions and asked nothing to assess my skills and experience. The manager could not answer my questions about the job and the responsibilities. Then they wanted to learn my salary expectations.

Director interviews. After that, proposal process.
It is not the hardest process I have ever been in.
I recommend people to apply and encourage them about the innterview process
