Foi um processo relativamente curto: primeiro, tive uma entrevista com a equipa de RH e, logo a seguir, uma entrevista técnica com o associado diretor do país. A entrevista com o departamento de recursos humanos foi feita de acordo com o padrão habitual: se conhecia a empresa, porque escolhi a empresa, faixa salarial pretendida. Já com o gestor, a entrevista incidiu mais na área técnica do trabalho.

Entretien
The interviewer sent you a spreadsheet and then left for you to review and give some comments. The whole process is quite clueless which makes you confused. I doubt whether in real life they always give you the task this way. Plus the interviewer was really arrogant and ignorant who said himself was promoted to director level very quick, which I don’t think is related to the interview process.

Entretien
A meeting date was arranged and calendar invite formally issued from Turner & Townsend. Took time out of my day to visit them at their office only to find that both Directors had forgotten and were working from home.
