Submit resume, conducted HR screening interview. Upon conclusion, the hiring process was outlined and I was told they would contact me to move forward with next interview. There was no response after one week, so I emailed to check in and again, no response.

Teams interview. Introduction to the position. Questions regarding my experience and salary expectations. The interview was overall fairly laid back, no technical questions. They did ask why I was pursuing a career in project management and transitioning from design engineering.
