Applied online and completed a few subject tests in areas I'd like to tutor. Was then put on a wait list, and one month later received an invitation to complete more steps in the process. You have to put in a lot of time to do the training, *then* you have a mock interview session--it's not an easy process, but if you make it to the mock session I can't imagine it being too difficult.

Entretien
The interview tested technical skills, but primarily tested communication/customer service skills. Also tested how well I could solve problems, or alter teaching strategies if one wasn’t working. The interviewer was very nice and complimented me when I did things well, and offered different approaches I could also take.
