I was personally referred by an executive at the studio. The first interview was one on one with a Human Resources Exec. The second interview was one on one with Sr. VP.

Had a brief phone screen, and then was brought in the next week to meet with the team. The interview was about 2 hours long and I met with 3 different people. Everyone in the department was super welcoming and overall it was a pretty good experience.

My boss called me directly to speak about my previous experience and goals. Which I liked because it showed leadership and was very personable. He described to me about how him and his team operates and how they like to have a fun environment.
