I applied online and also had an employee referral. I had a phone interview with talent acquisition. After a couple weeks, we were able to set up an in person interview. I quickly booked a flight down to LA specifically for the interview. Two hours before I was going in for the interview, I received an email saying that they needed to reschedule because two people on the team were sick. With such short notice, I called and asked for the interview to proceed and find a way for me to meet with the two other attorneys via phone since I was already in LA. When I came in for the interview, there was no one there to greet me and I was walking around the hall trying to find the office of the person I was meeting. Once I did, the interview went smoothly and I met with a second attorney. Afterwards, I checked in with the talent acquisition team twice for updates about my interview but she said she hadn't heard anything and they were interviewing other people. I still have not heard back from them and I find this to be so rude and disrespectful of me, my time and money. Overall, I now see the staff as being very distant, cold, disorganized, and unappreciative of their potential new hires.

Applied online through their website and was contacted a few days later for a phone interview. The phone interview was very relaxed and the HR recruiter was very nice. I was informed that they are still in the process of reviewing resumes and may take a while before I hear back. Its been 3 weeks.
