The interview process was subjective. The process took a very long time as the hiring manager went for a vacation in the middle of the process without providing a proper feedback

Awful - had me wake up at 5am for an interview then no response for a month, followed up and got a rejection email the same day. Recruiter and hiring manager were pretty oblivious. Doesnt seem like a well run org in North America
