J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez U-Haul
Entretien
Two interviews:
The first was a phone call (screening) interview and I was asked fairly basic/general interview questions. I was also given a summary of the job description (nice touch!) and given the time to ask additional questions.
The second interview took place via Skype. As the job itself is a remote/work from home position, it makes sense that you aren't called into an office for an on-site interview. At the time of the second/Skype interview, I was able to fill out the necessary paperwork for employment, using the computer camera to verify (and on their end, they were taking screenshots).
A week later, I began training. It was an all around easy process, with very helpful and friendly onboard agents.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked for my background, typing speed is a crucial aspect of the job, and they ran the standard background checks.
Interview process was easy, interviewer was very nice. Didn't take too long and is done via Teams so very convenient in that sense. Everything was streamlined and easy to follow in the process.

I basically got an overview of what the position was supposed to be. I was also supposed to be scheduled for a second official formal interview but never received another email.

Quick and easy with no surprises. A standard screening process, low-pressure and straightforward with basic questions. Nothing unexpected or overly technical. No longer than about 25-minutes. 1 round of interviews. Low stress.
