Pretty straightforward. Phone screen with internal recruiter, 1st round zoom interview with a lead dev, 2nd round in-person with the team. Thought I did well and the team seemed warm and receptive, up until I was completely ghosted. Reached out to the recruiter several times for next steps/decision and did not get a single response, followed up additionally for feedback and got nothing. The job market is extremely bleak and difficult right now, especially for entry level roles, and this level of unprofessionalism is just unacceptable, especially from a blue chip company like US Bank. It’s already hard enough out here, don’t make it worse.
