I initially applied online which was then followed up by a 15 minute phone interview. After the phone interview I was informed that I was able to have an opportunity to proceed with an interview in person at the branch which had the job posting.

How do you operate within a small team of individuals?
I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
