The person who interviewed me did not call in on time. He was unorganized and called in 20 minutes late. This is very disrespectful towards any candidate . Also, this person was using his cell phone, which had poor cell reception. I asked questions about the company, he was vague about giving out answers. Also, I notice the company stock had wild swings from a high of 67 dollars to a low of 10 dollars per share the last 5 years. I decided not go up to Maryland for a face to face interview.
