The interview process was fast, effective and highly selective. After applying on line, I was called to do a brief and casual phone interview and then invited for a more formal face to face interview which was direct and to the point. Dave Schrimpf conducted my interview and was easy to talk to, rather than emanating the feeling of being interrogated, as many interview do.

Phone interview followed up with a math assessment test and a in person interview whith the supervisor. Over all a very easy interview process just takes a few weeks
