very friendly, I didn't feel like an interview. After the interview I did not realise I had answered all the questions that were asked to me. The managers were always smiling and got me talking about things I have done in my life.

Entretien
It was great I had shown my identification. Then started with interview questions. Ie my past experience and what I would like to learn ect. They went into detail on what I would be doing aswell as my training I would face whilst been enrolled with ubu.

What challenges I've faced in the past working in support industry
I had a two part interview, the first half was a group presentation where had to draw your life story and the second was 2:1 with regional manager and service manager.
