The interview itself was great and the people were kind through the interview stage of the process. The problem was after the interview the recruiter and the hiring manager both completely ghosted me for months in spite of keeping the advertisement open. They should at minimum reply to your emails and update you on the status, even if to say they need more time or they are not interested in your application anymore.
